3 bed house in leicester!

I'm in leicester city, about 2 miles from the centre. (blissett road)
I have a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house, with double glazing and GCH.

DOWNSTAIRS COMPRISES OF, hallway, lounge and dining room (both with newly sanded and polished floorboards! who needs the fake stuff) and smallish kitchen which has just been refurbished by the council.
UPSTAIRS 2 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom, and bathroom.
OUTSIDE medium front garden with gate to back garden. Large back garden has a cherry blossom tree, large and small sheds, and outside W/C.

I would ideally like to move to the cambridgeshire area nearer to family that lives there, or somewhere in between. preferably a 3 bedroomed house but 2 bedrooms considered dependant on size of rooms.

RENT is £65 per week, due to go up by 60p per week due to kitchen being re-done.
