Hi, Im currantly living in a brand new build 1 bed house. Longhurst Homes. Bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, Living room and Kitchen upstairs. Central heated. This house is only 10 months old and i am the only person who has lived it. Its a beautiful property and im only wanting 2 exchange because i am in need of a garden as i have a dog. Theres a very large communal car park rite by the side of my house. Theres also a shed that is in the comunal garden ... that belongs with the house. Its a cold-de-sac road.... so no passing traffic.... very quite lovley street, i really cudnt have wished for better being my 1st home, just no garden is not convenient for me. I have new carpets threwout and laminate affect in the hall. Bathroom consists of bath an power shower. I wud recommend veiwing as this property is hard 2 describe ... and just words do it no justice.
