I have a lovely modern 2 B/R ground floor flat ( one more above) in a quiet, secluded area of Darlaston, West Midlands. There are only 20 flats in total. There is a communal grassed area at the rear which is maintained by the housing association. French windows lead out to this.

These flats are set-off the main road and have car parking for residents only. The neighbours are very quiet and there are only 2 families with children which are rarely heard and seen.

There is no trouble here as the neighbours are clean and decent!

I am one minute away from the local shops and bus service. Asda is a ten minute walk and has a bus service to Birmingham and Wolverhampton. It's a ten minute drive to Walsall and 15 minutes to Wolverhampton.

I would like a two or three bedroomed property in Warks as that is where I originate from.

I could pay for removeal costs if need be.
