i have a nice 2 bed ground floor maisonette in copthorne it has its own large front and back secure gardens, a shed. double glazing, gas central heating and nice size rooms. there is no off road parking but there is always plenty of parking spece available at all times of the day. it is a nice quiet place 2 live and the neighbours are very friendly. The reason i want 2 leave such a nice property is because i need to get in to east grinstead because i work there. I am looking to exchange 4 a 2 bed property in east grinstead anywhere except orchard way. i would require either a house bungalow or a ground floor flat or maisonette with its own secure garden and gas central heating.
i am currently with Downland housing. my rent is 399 pounds per month and council tax is band b.
