Our flat is in Hither Green across the road from the station (regular and easy 20mins to Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo East etc) and a deli, coffee shop, costcutter, pharmacy, an off licence, a big pub and little hardware shop. Hither Green is a lovely quiet neighbourhood near Blackheath, Greenwich and Lewisham. The flat is on the ground floor of a victorian terrace has 1 small double bedroom, living room with fireplace and wood floors, modern eat-in kitchen with solid wood worktops and white gloss doors, a nice normal sized bathroom and a lovely garden. The garden is sole use, approx 2oft long, patio style with planted borders, a cherry blossom tree, space to bbq and a table and chairs for 6 to eat outside and has a good quality shed/office/home studio with electricity, a heater and windows.
We are looking for a 1 bed flat of any kind but definitely with some outside space (a good sized balcony or small patio garden for 2 small dogs) in N1, E8, E2 or E9. Ideally in De Beauvoir, London Fields, Kingsland Rd, Dalston, Shoreditch,Hackney Rd, Haggerston, Mare Street, Bethnal Green etc.
