I have a new build 2 bedroom house in Spalding placed within a 10 minute walk to the town. The house has a medium sized garden over looking a field, lounge, kitchen, downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs fitted with a shower over the bath. The property still has that new fresh look inside and has gas central heating and double glazing. It is situated in a cul-de-sac area with allocated parking space outside the front of property.

I am looking for a 3 bedroomed house because we are out growing our present home. I am preferably looking for a property still within spalding but i would also consider the small surrounding villages close by. I am wanting gas central heating, parking area, bit of a garden and double glazing.
