I have a large 3 bed council house, all newly decorated, the kitchen has ash cupboards and black gloss worktops with ceramic tiles to the floor, this has been fitted by myself , not the council, as has the downstairs toilet, and corner basin, all enclosed in ceramic tiling. The lounge has just been decorated and is a good sixe 22 lengthx 14width. There are 3 large bedrooms, which can all fit in double beds. The property has a front and back garden and a garage. It is close to all ammenities and is in walking distance of two very good schools.
