i have a 2 bedroom house with garden and parking space for 2 cars. the house is in a quiet cul de sac in kettering northamptonshire it is within easy walking distance of the town centre, and all supermarkets. there are 6 schools in fairly close proximity catering for all ages. there are 2 pocket parks close by as well as wicksteed park which is 10minutes walk away.the property has just undergone an electrical overhaul which is a requirement to all housing association properties. the house itself was built in 1993 and has more recently been fitted with new double glazing and central heating.
the exchange that i would like would be similar to this, however i would consider a 1 bedroom gound floor flat with own parking space. a garden is not a critical point.
