| hi looking to exchange preferably wednesbury or surrounding areas in sandwell, but other areas considered, either two or three bed but must have secure garden and driveway, our is a good size for two beds and nicely decorated, close to all amenties and bus routes, schools very close, house is nine years old and we have been the only tenants, neighbours really nice, only need to move as we need more drive space for cars, thanks for looking |

hi i have got a 2 bed house right on the border of sandwell close to all amenities and bus routes into walsall and west bromwich i have got a large and very secure bk garden and my front garden in about to be turned into a driveway by the council very nicely decorated through out and recently had brand new kitchen and bathroom full central heating to school is 5 mins walk away. where do you live |

i am interested are you interested in my property you house sounds ideal cause my son goes to delves infants so i would still be able to get him to school from there. are you interested then |

| when you say you are at the bottom of talke rd do you mean the Joseph Leckie end or the Brockhurst end |
