I have a large 3 bedroom house in basildon essex, are you interested?
rooms -

Front room - 18.5 x 10 ft Laminated flooring, wall lights net curtains all to stay if wanted. recently decorated.

Dining room - 10 x 14 ft Wall lights & net curtains t stay if wanted. recently decorated

Kitchen - 7 x 17.5 ft Freshly plastered waiting to be decorated.

Bedroom 1 - 14.10 x 10.5 ft Carpet and net curtains to stay if wanted

Bedroom 2 - 10.2 x 11.1 ft Carpets and net curtains to stay if wanted.

Bedroom 3 - 9.5 x 7.6 ft Carpets and nets to stay if waned

Bathroom - 6.6 x 5.7 ft electric shower fitted, may leave if wanted

Downstairs toilet 5.1 x 2.5 ft Freshly decorated.

Front garden 17x24 ft Grassed with small planting area

back garden 17x21 ft Paved (the kids use this for growing thier veggies in pots)

Downstairs hall cupboard 2.5 x 4.5 ft
Kitchen big cupboard 1.9 x 4.8 ft

There are also spotlights fitted in the upstairs and downstairs hallways.

I have a lovely 2 bedroom house in beckton 5 mins away from dagen in a very quiet cul de sac large back garden with space for 2 cars and have two double bedroom close to shops and primary and secondary school can send pic of the home
