I have a 3 bed.semi in Chelmsford,Essex within 3 minutes walk of infant and junior schools and shops,doctors along my road, a park a few steps away.New kitchen fitted about 2 years ago, also central heating+double glazing,there are 2 toilets, dining room and lounge.  |

Hi there,
Would you consider moving to Aston in Birmingham? I have a 2 double bedroom end terraced council house. It’s next to the city centre, only 10 minutes walk into town, 2-5 mins by bus. Large kitchen/diner, large front/back gardens, double glazed throughout the house, fitted kitchen with appliances, upstairs tiled bathroom and toilet. All walls are neutral colours. We’re very close to local shops, doctor’s surgery and schools, only walking distance. There is a Pool & Fitness centre, Small shopping centre, Community & Leiseure centre and also libraries near to where I live. Ample parking and lovely neighbours. If you want any decorating doing to this house then my husband is a builder/decorator and will do the decorating for free if you buy the materials. Do let me know. Many thanks |
