hi everyone-  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
we need to move back to south wales. we live in a 4 bedroom house in a cul-de-sac just 5 mins to town,we have a fairly large living room a large kitchen, toilet downstairs and a garden room, we had a new kitchen fitted last year and the bathrooms are due to be done. all measurements will be posted once i have checked the sizes. there are a few shops quite close about a 5 min walk, costcutters, chemist, betting shop, hairdressers/barber ,indian take away, martins newsagents/post office, lovely walkes in quite a big area of countryside (arrow valley park ) theres a lot that goes on around the park during the year. there is a new restaurant/pub within walking disatance but not close enough to hear anything, again set in a beautifull countryside. schools and bus stops very close, schools in walking distance. neighbours are very nice and always willing to help if needed. we have a small aviery in the garden which can stay if wanted and a shed, we have 2 sheds but one will be coming with us. we have lamanated the living room and 3 bedrooms but we have carpet in the master bedroom which needs renewing and the hallway upstairs. we need swansea neath or west wales if anyone is interested please email me lornaforsyth@hotmail.com
