I have a 2 bed house in Kesgrave, Suffolk. this is a small town located between Ipswich and woodbridge.
I need to move to london in June of this year.
The house has 1 double and 1 single room. It is a new build and has modern kitchen units, bathroom suite, new boiler, central heating and double glazing. All of which are in well maintained order. There are lots of nice details to the house such as fans in kitchen and bathrooms, double kitchen sink and attractive tiles in the bathroom and toilet. House has downstairs porch, downstairs toilet, storage cupboard and living/dining area with small kitchen opening off this area. Upstairs there is the bedrooms another storage cupboard, airing cupboard and bathroom.
House also has off road parking and garden which I share with one neighbour. I am sure that if you really wanted a garen for yourself this could be agreed with housing association if you agreed to pick up costs or poss share costs with neighbour. (If you would like me to find out if this is definately possible pls ask) House is small but perfectly formed, so not sutiable for family with more than 1 child.
The area is brilliant, 95% privately owned, semi rural, 15 min drive from coast and local schools Kesgrave high school and Gorseland Primary are top 5 in the county. The house is really attractive and the road has been landscaped. Local area has been beautifully developed and maintained and there is low crime. My neighbours are lovely and I get on with all of them, good range of people, ages and circumstances.
Local amenities and public transport are walking distance and house is located in an easy spot for getting about wether you have a car or not.
I am looking for a 2 bed, prefably in east london but I will consider anywhere in London. Property must be close to good transport links to city/west end and have parking of some sort, it must also be within catchment area for good primary and secondary schools as I have a young child. I am not fussed about what type of property you have, garden or even decor. If the property has RTB and ticks the above boxes, I will definately say yes! I am serious about this move as my partner is currently travelling 5 hours a day to get to work in Westend london and back. Otherwise we wouldn't be moving, because we love our home!
