Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 12x12, Bedroom 2: 12x11 both rooms have built in wardrobes Bathroom with shower, sep toilet, large hallway.
Downstairs: large front room with under stairs storage, roomy hallway with cupboard (can fit a single bed in there and that’s how big it is), large kitchen/diner which leads on the garden which is small/medium half patio and half grass - this also shows you the dockyard views and seaviews too. In the porch there another cupboard which is the size of a single bed length way. Outside is a little cupboard which is a outdoor shed thingy with gas meter in and on other side is the bin cupboard but we have now got the wheelie bins.
There is a private car park at the either side of the houses and always loads of spaces. There is two local buses every 20-30 mins to town, a coop in a 3-5min walk up the road, a new school, gym & docs being built by the coop for next year. There are also playing fields and community centre by coop for everyone !!! If not we have the square which has docs and more shops. There are two schools within walking distance but in the square there are a further two school and ones is Roman Catholic. Also in the square is the local library, Fast foods and taxi rank.
The only reason I want to move is purely to be near friends as I dont have family down in Plymouth and I need more support as I am starting Uni in september and I need to be closer to my babysitters without the travelling. I love my house and my neighbours and I would not move if I didnt need the support for my Uni course. It is very peaceful and quiet where I am and I dont know that there noise outside as its soooo peaceful.. Just wish I could take everything with me and put it the other side of the water !!!
