We live in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the in South Birmingham on the Bournvile Village Trust. The house is a 3 bed semi detached with living room and a seperate dinning room, Kitchin and utility room the kitchin also has a pantry. The front garden is small but the back it medium with a patio. Two of the 3 bed rooms are doubles and the 3rd is a single room but not a box room. the bathroom is upstairs and is a good size. We are located about a 10 min walk to 2 senior schools and 2 junior schools. There is also a small area of shops 5 mins walk also very close to all major bus routes.
