We have a large two bedroom detached bungalow in a rural part of Leicestershire.
The bungalow stands in its own grounds with drive way and garage and large brick shed with electric supply.
Garden is a nice size, all fenced of with various trees & plants, plum, apple trees etc. we get a different vary of wildlife what visits the garden too.
Front of bungalow faces the country side opposite forest for nice country walks.
The bungalow is private looking with a right to buy, H/A £70 per week rent.
Their are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and closets, both bedrooms have just been decorated, new carpets layed.
Main bedroom 13ft by 12ft
second bedroom 12ft by 11ft
The large kitchen has been fully fitted by us, easily fits large tables and chairs.
17ft by 12ft
The lounge has a large centre brick fire places with real flame gas fire.
17ft by 13ft
We are on the edge of a village, very quite location, ideal for horse riding and long country walks.
Ten minute walk to local shops and bus stops.
Would suit retired or elderly couple or maybe someone just looking for the quiet life.
I am looking for similar, no estates or flats, Essex/London area wanted to be close to family.
Would love anywhere close to the A127 or the A13....all offers seriously considerd.

Hi there we saw your ad and think that you have been looking for an exchange for a long time, though don't know whether you are still searching,! you have a lovely house, but I have come to the conclusion that the more you do to a property the harder the search becomes, I realise that you are looking more for the home counties, and don't know how flexible you could be over areas, but we are Lincs, easy access to the A1 easy access to London, via rail or road. We have a 2 bed cottage, non estate, village location, with field views front and rear, last year we added a £12000. Edwardian style conservatory to the property, which has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, new white suite, lounge, seperate dining room, galley kitchen, small bar area, and downstairs w/c. French windows open onto 500' landscaped gardens, which contains 2 ponds, lawns, mixed beds and borders, shrubs, ornamental and fruit trees, also outbuildings inc : greenhouse, summerhouse, large workshop and small storage/tool shed. The garden was awarded certificate of excellence, Jan 2007 edition of Garen News. The house is completely d/g, sfch. orp 3 cars and rtb. It is decorated in a style which is sympathetic to the age of the property 1908, and retains many original features.
