Hi I have for exchange a large 2 bedroom house on Nicholson grove in grange farm. The house is H/A with rent of £65 p/w. We have been in the house from new (under 3yrs). Downstairs we have a good size living room with under stairs cupboard, entrance hall with downstairs toilet and a 10ftx10tf kitchen which still looks new!
Upstairs bedroom 1 is a good size and bedroom 2 is large, We have a king-size bed in it with cupboards and draw units in and there is still plenty of room. There is an airing cupboard and bathroom with bath and shower. Plenty of loft space. Outside to the front there is a small patch of grass, to there rear we have a small manageable garden with owe own driveway.
The whole house is in very clean condition with a very quite neighbours and now 1 minuite away we have a new budgens, hairdressers, burger bar and a dentist. Not to mention schools and a good bus route.

We are after a similar size 2 bed or if lucky a 3 bed as we have another child on the way. Would be nice to have a garden and a driveway is a must. Just email or pm me what you have if interested and we can go from there.
