we have a 3 bed semi bungalow in the village of Balliniug 5miles pitlochry,22miles perth. property consists of:

2 bedrooms double with fitted wardrobe
1bedroom single with fitted wardrobe
wc and seperate bathroom
walk in cupboard in hall
lounge 15 by 13
kitchen 12 by 10
large rear garden for own use 100 feet
driveway and off street parking at front
front garden openplan

good public transport to/from village

Would you consider our 3 bed house in Ardersier (Dolphin Bay), small coastal village off the main road (A96) that stretches between Inverness & Aberdeen? This would be as part of a 3 way swap with another person from Kent (where we want to be), who would like to be closer to Perth. Can find out more if you are interested, serious movers, wanting to move asap for family/school reasons.

Thanks for your reply, have just emailed the people from Kent, just waiting for a reply.Our house is council owned, Rent £58 per week, council tax (inc water in & out) £86 per month, Very Happy

it has 3 bedrooms,2 double, 1 single, a nice sized front garden & fairly large back garden with 2 sheds (1 wood 1 metal) for storage.Parking is good at the front of the house,there is also a semi-private area of land at the back of the house which can be used for parking,as you'll see from the pics we sectioned part of the garden for parking the works van,which could be left as is if you wanted or the fence put back to where it should be.You'll also see lots of wood in the garden pics, our central heating & hot water is run by solid fuel & we stocked up on a fair bit of fuel (about 1&1/2 years worth!), this can be left for your use if you wanted or we can move it on if you'd prefer.The water can also be heated by immersion heater in the summer when you wouldn't want to run the stove.House is due for new kitchen either end of this year or beging of next. Front room diner is in the shape of an L.. If you'd like us to send the pics then please can you send your email address.

Its me again, have just heard from people in Kent, they sound interested and are wondering if you could send any pics you mite have to msjc@live.co.uk, only name I have for them is Jay.. She said they'd be looking to move asap due to enrollment in college later this month & we'd be looking to move just as quick for getting the kids settled in time for the new school term.. How soon do you think you could be ready if we could all agree to swap? Pics will be on their way to yr inbox as soon as my hubby gets home, I'm not good with finding my way round the pc.
