I have a 3 bedroom house in Panshanger, close to shops, bus stops, doctors dentist, two parks, woods and not far to A1, A10 etc.

The house has a private garden (18 x 40ft) with back gate and shed
Large Kitchen with cushion flooring (16 x 11 ft plenty big enough to use as a kitchen/diner)
Large Lounge (16 x 11 ft)
One double bedroom , one medium and one small
Just finished decorating double bedroom, toilet, kitchen, hall, stairs and landing.
Seperate bathroom and toilet with cushion flooring
All exterier doors/windows double glazed
Lots of storage space
Middle of terrace of 4
Plenty of parking space

I am looking for WGC, Handside, Hollybush/Howlands, Lemsford, Stanborough or Raymonds Plain / Close. I will consider any 3 or 4 bed house in this and surrounding areas. We would like to be a little nearer to my daughters school and partners job. We prefer not to be near a main road but will still consider.

I HAVE A LARGE 4 BED PROPERTY IN HATFIELD, NEAR TRAIN STATION, TOWN CENTRE, GALLERIA AND JUNIOR/SENIOR SCHOOLS.
IT IS IN A QUITE AND VERY NICE AREA OF HATFIELD. SMALL FRONT GARDEN, LARGER BACK GARDEN. (GARDENS NEED SOME WORK, AS SINGLE MUM, WHO HASNT GOT TIME TO DO GARDENING).
LARGE LOUNGE AND KITCHEN, DOWN STAIRS TOILET, 2 LARGE BEDROOMS AND 2 MEDIUM BEDROOMS, BATHROOM/UPSTAIRS TOILET. CENTRAL HEATING THROUGHOUT.
PARKING OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR.
LOOKING FOR LARGE 3/4 BEDROOM IN WGC, VERY SMALL GARDEN!!!! PREFEREABLY PANSHANGER AREA. OTHER AREAS CONSIDERED.
DINING ROOM AN ADVANTAGE. PARKING AREA AN ADVANTAGE
REASONS FOR WANTING A MOVE ARE:
1) 2 OF 4 CHILDREN HAVE LEFT HOME
2) WANT TO BE NEAR NEW GRANDSON
3) WANT TO BE CLOSER TO YOUNGEST SON'S SCHOOL
