i have a three bed house in edinburgh and i am looking for a three bed in london
please only get in contact if serious mover as i have been let down so many times
i have 2 single rooms and 1 double bathroom upstairs with a toilet downstairs sitting room and kitchen dining room
driveway at the front and garden to the rear which is enclosed
so what do you have

[b]Three bedroom house in the small suburb of shoeburyness/southend-on-sea
All the windows are double glazed and the is gas central heated
The house is a regular 3 bedroom house there is a large room that is roughly 14ft in width and 16ft in length. To emphasise how big it is we have got four wardrobes in the room as well as a kingsize bed and two cots and there is still a reasonable amount of room to manovere around in.
The second room which is of roughly the same size as the large room but a bit smaller it is 12ft in width and 16ft in length. This room is of a nice size for a childs room because you can fit a bunk bed a small childs bed and a wardrobe in the entirety of the room.
The third room is the smallest of the three rooms only being able to fit a small wardrobe and a bunk bed in. This room is 8ft in width and 10ft in length. Although it is small room it can be used as a box room, a childs room or possibly a guest room.

[uThe kitchen[u/]

This is not a particularly large kitchen, but it has enough room to fit all the kitchen utensils and other amenities such as a tumbledrier, dish washer, wash machine and a cooker. The kitchen has a larder two floor based cupboards and four wall based cupboards. So there is plenty of room to store everything you will need.
This lounge/diner is the largest room in the house it goes from front to the back of the house with double glazed windows at either end. There is two light fittings also at both ends of the room so there will be enough light to see after dark. the room is 12ft wide and 20ft long.

[u]The bathroom and lavatory[u/]

These are two separate rooms that have been recently decorated. both rooms are fully functioning and in good order.
The garden is a large garden. It has a big decking area by the window, there is an outdoor brick shed a large amount of green area, and two trees one of which is a pear tree. There is loads of room to do what ever you please. we have held garden parties to which the garden has supplied more than enough room.
Schools
There are four pre schools three infant and primary schools which are thorpedene junior school, richmond primary school and st georges catholic school. There is a big secondry school called shoeburyness high school.
Transport
There is a local bus stop on a nearby road there is a train station called thorpe bay train station which is a tn minute walk and five minutes driving distance.
Local features
There is a neaby highstreet that has many shops. There is a local supermarket with in ten minutes walking distance. Two very near beaches shoebury commons and shoebury East beach.
We are two train stops away from the travelling resort of southend.
What we need
We need a three or more bedroomed house that has double glazed windows and central heating. We need primary and secoundry schools within walking distance and will take offers from near coastal areas.
