LARGE 3 BED IN DEVON by the sea!!!!!!!!!!!

we have a lovely 3 bed house in the village of braunton in north devon. The house has 2 double bedrooms and a single(although we do have two single beds and a set of drawers in it)We are 3 miles from the golden sands of saunton beach(surfers paradise) and there are 6 more within a 8 mile radius. It is a lovely place to live which is why people who come on holiday here pay hundreds of pounds for the pleasure. The people in the village are very friendly and the crime rate is very very low. Although a village location,we are the largest village in the country and you are not out in the sticks. Everything you need is on your doorstep(exellent schools, docs, buses, shops etc). We are also only 5 miles from the nearest town of barnstaple and there are regular buses.
We are looking for a 3/4 property. I am disabled and cannot manage stairs very well, so idealy need a downstairs bedroom and toilet or bathroom ( or dining room that could be a 4th bedroom). We have 4 children so anything smaller is no good. We want to come to leeds as my disability means I need the support of my family and most of them are up in leeds. We are not interested in large estates like, gipton, seacroft, middleton and belle isle. We would prefer to be on the outskirts of leeds ( rothwell,morley,tadcaster,otley,etc). But if you think you have what we need, please get in touch. You never know!!

We have a nice adapted 3 bed semi with front and rear gardens, stairlift, bath lift, RTB/GCH/FDG with off road parking, in Staffs ST5.
or
A 3 bed house in Scarborough.
Would any of these be of interest?
