Large 3 bed in Braunton by the sea

We have a lovely 3 bed house in Braunton. We are just 3 miles from the beautiful, unspoilt, golden coast of saunton sands (surfers paradise). This is a wonderfull place to live with lovely nieghbours. Although this is a village it is the largest in the country and you are not out in the sticks. Everything you need is on your door step (doc, schools, shops buses etc).
We are forced to move as i am disabled and cannot manage the stairs very well. We are looking for either a house with a seperate dining room that can be used as forth bedroom for me, also a downstairs loo. Or a bungalow. We cannot take less than three rooms as we have four children.
We would like to stay around braunton or surrounding areas but will consider other places in devon/ cornwall.

Hi, Would you be interested in Herts at all ? post code wd24 5lf????? we have a 4 bed disabled adapted house with off street parking for two cars, close to shops and schools on the outskirts of town.
