Want 3/4bed Weymouth area for 3bed South Hams, Devon

We have a large 3 bedroom semi in a lovely rural village in the South Hams, Devon. It has a big, level garden and residents parking. 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, family bathroom, large living room, kitchen/diner, utility area, downstairs loo. A wonderful small village primary school and fantastic preschool. We are in the catchment area for one of the best secondary schools in the county.

We want a 3 or more bedroom house in the Weymouth area to be near family. Must be a house (no flats) with it's own garden but all Weymouth areas considered and decor is unimportant.

Also possibility of a 3 way swap if you are in Lyme Regis and want our house.
