2 bed house St. Helens for 2 bed Herts

I have a 2 bedroom house in St. Helens (WA9), close to the town, train station, doctors, schools and parks. It is a terraced house on a street of nine houses. Small enclosed back garden and driveway at the front for one car.
There is also a kitchen, living room and upstairs bathroom. We are about 30 mins by train from Liverpool

I am looking for a 2 bed house in Hertfordshire, preferably in or close to Borehamwood. It must have double glazing windows, gas central heating and a garden (any size).
I am willing to do a 3 way swap.
