Hi,
We have 2 flats available around the corner from each other in the hope street / Catherine street area of central Liverpool. We now need just one place instead, with the bedrooms under the one roof.
OFFERED:
Flat A: beautiful 1st floor 1 bed flat in georgian house. amazing views of cathedral & welsh mountains. GCH, combi-boiler. Front & rear gardens. residents parking. well proportioned, south-west facing & very sunny.
Flat B: large lovely ground floor 1 bed flat in Georgian house. Large rear south west sunny gardens. GCH, combi-boiler. residents parking. v.quiet street.
WANTED:
2 bed flat / house. GCH. garden / driveway preferred (but just parking space will do). In Liverpool: L1, L8, L17, L18, L19. other areas possibly considered, incl wirral.
Council / HA tenants needed for swap(s).
We need the second bedroom to be in the same building as the first, otherwise we would not be offering these flats up at all because they are lovely and we have loved living in them. Unfortunately they no longer suit our needs.
We will happily consider doing a 3 way exchange, or anything similar considered... If you have a good idea.
