I have a 3 bed FF flat in Newhaven, small block two high and two wide with intercom access. My garden is 58ft x 35 ft. The flat has recently been decorated and is due to have a new kitchen this year. (you can choose colour, tiles etc.) There is loads of storage space and I have a loft. There is ample on street parking, we have two cars and it has never been a problem. Local bus routes are close and there is a bus to Brighton every 10 mins. Local schools, doctors etc. This a council house with RTB. The Flat has double glazing and central heating and we have stunning views and cliff walks just 5 mins round the corner. I have a 2 bedroom semi detatched rtb council house in maresfield road, brighton, BN2 5ER.
2 double bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom could be made in to a third room as many up here have done
New boiler/bathroom/kitchen done 4 years ago
built in oven, which i would leave here.
