Very Happy Non- estate economical (£50 pw), GCH, DG, demand boiler. Very peaceful setting in a 'good' suburb. This is a council flat and the local council are brilliant.
Just under 2 miles to town, regular buses, very good shopping, yet very close to open country, close to Peak District but also close to Leeds and Manchester.
Off-street residents parking with free permit. Flat is 1 of a small complex of 8, just one storey high, more suited to the older person.
Trees and lawns encircling this complex preserve privacy and quiet.
I am hoping to find something similar in Oxford as I am due to start f/t work in the centre, to start in mid-August.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any suggestions?????? Private renting is ludicrously over priced in Oxford!!!!! Rolling Eyes
