Outskirts Tintagel/Boscastle Beaches Need 3/4 Bed Cornwall

Big enough to be made into a 3 bedroom house.....read on!

We have a really nice large 2 bedroom. The bedrooms are double size and one is about 16ft long and big enough to be made into 2 rooms. Nice views over Rough Tor from the upstairs windows. Very large front room/diner which is partially divided by fireplace, could be made into a dining room of about 10ft x 9ft 6. 80ft long lawned back garden which is enclosed and has 2 sheds (one of them concrete) and 30ft x 30ft front garden surrounded by cornish stone walling. Only 10 houses, small country lane on outskirts of the village, surrounded by fields, with a field at the bottom of the garden, local shops at the end of the road and Wadebridge town 10 minute drive away. Tintagel 4 miles away and our nearest beach is 2 miles away.

We have a lovely village school and the village is very friendly and welcoming. We only need to move because we are overcrowded. Our rent is around £50 per week and it is a council house with rights to buy.

We are seeking a 3 or 4 bedroom house within Cornwall but WE WOULD BE OPEN TO 3 WAYS, JUST MAKE US AN OFFER! We will answer all enquiries.....just ask!
