3 bed semi / Co, Durham ..... need to move south

I have 3 bed house , lounge , dining room, kitchen, 65 foot garden , close to schools , shops , dr , dentist , walking distance to town center, not over looked at the back just loads of trees.
Upstairs and downstairs wc .

I need 3/4 bed house , must have up and downstairs wc. would like drive way.Reasonably large back garden.

Need to move South , any area's will be looked at .
