we have a large two bed house in guildford surrey (Gu2 9LN). two double bedrooms (9ft X 15.5ft) (10ft X 15.5ft), large living room (15.5ft x 15.5ft), Garden (39ft x 16ft). also has downstairs wc in addition to family bathroom upstairs. house is only 3.5 yrs old. sought after semi-rural location, with right to buy after two years.
we are looking for a three bed house/bungalow near the sea. must have fair sized garden (nothing smaller than already got) |

| hi would you be intrested in a large 3 bedroom house 2 double 1 single in hastings with drive and garage in hastings 10 minute drive to beach please could you let me know one way or the other thx |
