Hello,
We have a good sized 3 bed corner semi in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs, ST5 area. It has full double glazing and full gas central heating. RTB
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles and gardens to front and rear. The rear garden is enclosed and private and does not back onto any other properties. The front garden is enclosed also except by access to drive.
Only one neighbour adjoined.
Laminate flooring throughout the downstairs, carpeted upstairs. Understairs enclosed storage area. Solid pine internal doors with brass handles.
Good local amenities and facilities, schools, shops, sport, doctors, chemists, library (with internet access), transport etc. Facilities for boating (canals, reservoir and a lake) and fishing in the surrounding areas.
Ideal for Birmingham, Manchester or West Midlands Airports. Daytrips to Wales, Blackpool, Alton Towers or Trentham Gardens.
We require a 2 or 3 bed house in a COASTAL AREA ONLY!
EOT or Semi preferred.

STILL LOOKING THANKS.

Preferred areas are now PAIGNTON, TORQUAY, BRIXHAM. Other Coastal areas considered. Due to rapid deterioration in health we will now consider solid multis to get to where we want. Thanks

hi there
I am looking for a house/flat for my sister, she lives in exeter Devon, which is about 20 mins from beach(Exmouth/Dawlish warren) in a lovely 2 bed ground floor flat there is only one floor above her.The place has just been fully redecorated with new carpets and laminated floors, lovely big front and back garden.
were abouts in newcasrle do you live as i want her to move quite close to us we are in may bank.
