I would like a 3 bed property with a garden (garden is a must and not communal)

I would of like Bristol areas but am now open to all offers. GO ON MAKE ME AN OFFER the worst i can say is no not interested thankyou.
I will answer all replies and posts left for me

I have on offer a 2 bed property on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Primary School and parent and toddler group and pre school are all in less that a 10 min walk. The nearest comprehensive school is in town 10 min drive away but there is a bus that comes through the village that pick the kids up and take them to school.

There are 2 shops in this village and also a post office less than a 10 min walk. the bus stop is also at the end of the road which will take you into the town where you have Morrisons Argos and other smaller shops.
there is also 2 pubs in the village and we dont hear noise from them.

We have no one on looking over the house we have a field the otherside of the garden and the grass area outside.

i am also willing to be included in multi swaps
