3 bed modern semi in a fantastic area of Southend. 1mile to beach

The whole house has been recently decorated.
There's a downstairs toilet , kitchen diner & lounge with patio doors leading onto the new patio and newly laid lawn.
we have a bathroom and 3 beds upstairs.

..were in a close of 19 houses so its quiet. 2 mins walk to countryside.

We're close to the best schools in the county one of which is a Business and Enterprise college.

We're only 45 miles away from London so there are trains to fenchurch st or Liverpool st
were close to Doctors Libraries etc.

The seafront has everything for adults and children alike.but at our end of the beach its alot more peaceful if you just wanted to walk along the prom looking at the boats on the sea.

I have a 3 bedroom house with seprate toilet and bathroom, large back garden and small-ish size front garden. two double bedrooms and one single sized room, living room is fairly big and the kitchen can fit a table in it as thats what ive got.al the amendities are within 5 mins walking distance schools shops etc.

Here's the information on the 3 bed house in Somerset for you.

Spacious 3 bedroom house in stoke st michael ba3 5lg downstairs w/c dg/gch 2 min from pre school and primary school outhouse and room off back which my brother uses as tattoo studio large living room and kitchen/diner main room second room are roughly the same size and back room larger than box room.
