2 bedroom first floor maisonette with front and rear garden (own use) in Sandhurst, Berkshire (GU47). Quiet area, Shops 2 min walk, train station (with trains travelling to Redhill, Guildford, Reading etc) 10 minute walk and bus routes to local towns. Also plenty of open space, huge park for kids, nice walks etc. 10minute drive away is the Discovery Centre at the Look Out (Forest area) Want 2/3 bed exchange somewhere within the surrey area, all locations considered, (would prefer Epsom, Leatherhead, Ewell East Ashstead etc)Would prefer House or Ground Floor Flat with garden, but would also consider maisonette if it came with own garden
