I WILL CONSIDER OFFERS FROM MOST AREAS OF ESSEX & SURROUNDING AREAS - JUST ASK! I can email pics to anyone interested. I have a large 4-bedroom, non estate, EOT house situated in a cul-de-sac.It has its own drive and secure back garden 33x22 feet with a side gate.Theres a porch at the front and crazy paving in the front garden (done privately). It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 large single with a bathroom and toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The lounge is 18’ x 18’ with patio doors, and the kitchen/kitchen-diner. Its 24’ x 10’ and has had a dishwasher put in privately. My house is very close to tubes to city/country, buses, parks, shops, a doctors and a primary school.The neighbours are good. It’s within walking distance of secondary schools and a hospital, & a short journey to several markets and shopping centres.I would like a move to Essex and will consider most areas.

Will consider a 3 way.Even if you don't come under the area I want, give it a try, there could be a 3 way somewhere! Would even take a 2 bed parlour house if its in the right area and has a decent size garden.I do want a big garden if possible.
