Anyone interested in my 3 bed maisonette in Swindon

I have a large 3 bedroom 1st floor maisonette in Swindon.
Upstairs there are 3 good size bedrooms 2 of which have built in wardrobes, There is a half converted loft just have not finished it yet. The bathroom is quite big but is in need of decorating.
Downstairs we have the living room with is large and has laminate flooring, I have a gas fire with brick surround. Sliding doors to the balcony which looks on nice views. The kitchen is a fare size has room for all apliances including cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and tumble dryer all of which have there own sockets for, there is a big cupboard in the kitchen where you could have a chest freezer in there or what ever you wish. There are alot of worktop space and cupboards.
We have recently decorated the living room, hallway landing and stairs and the smaller bedroom.
There is a shed next to the front door and a shed downstairs both which are are lock and key.
You can also rent a garage of the council and they are located by the maisonette.
We are a few mins from schools, doctors and shops and a 25 min walk into town.

Now what I need is a 3 or 4 bedroom house, I would love to go back to Penhill but if your interested wherever you are ask me and I will consider where you are.

Hi

Im on Shaftesbury Avenue of Park South, unfortunatly we don't have a garden, just the use of a balcony, but there is alot of green around and parks.

Can you apply even if your not interested just so I know.

Fully modernised 12 moths ago new bathroom sweet kitchen new heating windows all interior and exterior door to high standard private homes on both sides I am only 1 of 4 homes in street not privately owned. Back not over looked of rood parking. Looking wilts. But will consider any part of the countryside
