2 bed semi-det bungalow,last in a row of bungalows.
in rural village of cerne abbas,6 miles outside dorchester dorset.
has walki-in-shower/wet room
NO gas supply,just electric.
radiators are oil filled,due to be replaced with new radiators in 2009.
on road parking.
very good sized enclosed front garden.
back garden approx 90-100ft
i have found & viewed house i want so am looking for a 3rd party to complete our exchange ASAP.
