I live in a brand new 2 bed flat in Rochester/Kent/ME1 (1st of 5 floors) which has lift facilities to all floors.
I am looking for a two bed house/flat with a garden anywhere in East Sussex.

I have:

Open plan kitchen/livingroom.
1 double bedroom.
1 single bedroom.
Bathroom/toilet in one. (Bath with over head shower).
Intercom system.
Two storage cubhards.
It has gas/central heating double glazing and close to all ammenities.
Also has optional underground parking (only available to residents of address)
No garden but 2 parks close by incase of pets.
Pets allowed with prior permission.

Want to move back to east sussex asap to be near family.
