Hi, I've got a 2 bed 1st floor flat - well decorated throughout. Ideal location, many nurseries, primary and secondary schools, also in between 2 district line train stations. 2 supermarkets 5 minute drive away, and Romford town centre just a 10-15 minute drive. Close to the A13. The flat is next to a massive park, which is very quiet and patrolled by park police.
Secure parking and 24 hour concierge on site. Key fob entry into car park and block. Whole block is currently being refurbished - Gas central heating being put into all flats. Lift access to all floors.

I'm am looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or bungalow, and I will consider any location (except Ilford and Barking) as long as there is access to schools nearby.

If you are interested please contact me, I am happy to take pictures of my flat if you are interested.

Thanks
