 my house has 2 bedrooms,master bedroom quite large easily fits everything in and 2nd bedroom is large enough to fit double bed and furniture.large living room,plenty of room for dining area as well as living area,looks over the garden at the back,kitchen a decent enough size lokks over the street at the front.private drive big enough for 2 cars and garden at the back with good size patio and lawn area,fully fenced off.the street is a cul-de-sac.
i want a 2/3 bed in scarborough to be back in my hometown and to be near my family,would really like to move by the summer hols for my kids to get sorted for school.i know scarborough very well and will consider any area.
i have a possibility of a 3 way swap,a 3 bed house in normanton west yorkshire,near wakefield,pontefract,not far from leeds..
