we have a 3 bed home in southend on sea Essex.we live a mile from the sea.The whole house has been decorated there's a downstairs toilet , kitchen diner.lounge with patio doors leading onto the new patio and newly laid lawn. my postcode is SS24SA.We live rIght on the edge of an estate .were in a close of 19 houses so its quiet.

Were close to the best schools in the county one of which is a Business and Enterprise school.
Were only 45 miles away from London so there's trains that you can commute from.we have a bathroom and 3 bed upstairs.were close to Doctors Libraries etc.... My pics can be seen at this address

Southend Central station is 2.12 miles and the train goes to Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street in London

THESE ARE THE AREAS I WANT..NO FLATS OR MAISONNETTES.ONLT A 3/4 BED WITH GARDEN NEEDED..
I HAVE A REALLY NICE HOME IN A LOVELY AREA,LOTS OF WEALTHY PEOPLE SO THERES LOADS OF WORK.
WE COULD MOVE READY FOR THE SUMMER TERM..WERE NOT TIMEWASTERS AS THERES MANY OF WHOM IVE SEEN..
