I would like to exchange my 2 bedroom council flat in central London for anything suitable in,preferably, Eastbourne or Brighton or failing that, somewhere on the South Coast. Failing that, a nice smallish town anywhere pleasant but preferably near the coast. In fact, I am open to any attractive offer but prefer not to live on a large estate. I live in the heart of Westminster within the sound of Big Ben. Many major tourist attractions are just minutes away including Houses of Parliament, Whitehall, Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain and the London Eye. The river Thames is just a few minutes away and offers the possibility of leisurely walks for miles in both directions. In Victoria Street, which is just minutes away is a first class shopping centre.

The building in which I live is a listed building built over 100 years ago and the street has been used on several occasions for film work, the most famous of which was Buster starring Phil Collins. The flat is on the 5th floor with no flats above and has a lift. Outside my front door is a wide walkway/balcony which enjoys full sunshine from 1 – 8pm in the summer and where many residents have colourful flower displays. The building is on three sides of a very attractive courtyard with mature trees and shrubs and looks especially attractive lit up at night. There is also a childrens playground for the little ones to play in safety.

The rooms are on the small side but with careful planning offer suitable accommodation for a small family.

I have lived in the property for 10 years and would like to go back to my roots and enjoy a more rural setting.

If you are genuinely interested then please feel free to ring ERROLL on 07504 266098 at any reasonable time and I will be delighted to make arrangements to show you the flat. Photographs can be arranged.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
