Hello everyone, 
2bed bungalow (not lge bungalow)in a lovely quiet small village 8mls sth Norwich,NR16. Set with fields around,lovely walks,and in a row of only 4 properties... it has an enclosed med back garden, lge shed, patio areas, Front larger lawn is open plan, and has own planting area/ conifers, Own Parking area to front on lane. Both bedrooms are doubles,1 could be made into dining room if wanted-like neighbours have. Front room is 12x11 can re-open fireplace,new kitchen in 07.. oil c/h.
Excellent small school 4-11 yrs opposite,very nice pub/restaurant, play area on lge field few yds away,playgroup in village hall,also..dancing,bowls,bar etc, other ammenities close-by surrounding area. No street lights,plenty of history old (still used) church, Local bus to Wymondham town/villages /Groceries van stops outside 2 times a week. Bus stop to Norwich City.
Looking for 2bed house/bungalow in Acle/Caister/Ormesby/Martham/ Winterton/Hemsby/ areas,and villages that surround, to be nearer to family. Daughter starts high school in 09, must be moved 1st half of 09, so serious movers please.Open to 3-way +.
