I have a large 3 bedroom semi detatched house in shoreham by sea,quiet road,lovely elderly neighbours.
The house is close to everything doctors,public transport,schools,parks,river,shops,the list is endless.
About the house:Large louge/diner,the 2 larger bedrooms could be divided into smaller rooms,they also have built in wardrobes,2 wcs,shower over bath,own drive for at least 2 cars,lighting in the loft,nice sized enclosed south facing rear garden which is half paved and half lawn,which has side entrance for easy access,the front garden extends around the side of the house,double glazed,gas central heating, lots of storage space,outside cupboard.
The house is also due to have new fitted kitchen,bathroom,doors,and windows.
It does need decorating and new flooring, but everyone changes these when they move.
