What I Have To Offer :
I have a one bed ground floor flat in a quiet close in hernebay kent. The Flat has double glazing, gas central heating and a flush floor shower room (8 months old) suitable for not only the disabled but for everyone else too, The kitchen is 10 months old. There are communal gardens which the council keeps neat and tidy; they also allow you to plant your own area if you wish too. It is a 2 min walk to nearest shop, 3 min walk to the beach and a five min walk to a local shopping center. The main town center is a 10 min walk away. Nearest bus stop is just around the corner.
What I'm Looking For :
2 bed ground floor flat or bungelow anywhere in south wales or kent |
