One of the oldest streets in Crawley, this 2 bedroom victorian house is the end of a 3 house terrace.
It has 2 main rooms downstairs - living room and dining room of equal large size.
The kitchen is small, but nearly everyone in this one-way street has extended. I think there are only about 6 houses which are not now privately owned.
The bathroom is large too in my opinion. In fact I would say that I haven't seen many 2 bedroom houses as large as this one.

The kithcen has a door into the very large garden - about 100 feet long. The garden needs work - there are brambles and I have only been able to get rid of half of them. There are 2 brick outbuildings - one has an outside toilet (not working) and one is a brick shed backing on to the kitchen and a brilliant extention opportunity, which everyone bar me seems to have done. There is a small front garden but not really worth mentioning. The house is accessible via front door , or back door from the back garden which you can go in through the side gate.
I have just turned 60 and recently fell down the stairs and am looking for something smaller. As it's an old house the stairs are quite steep for me. I have been looking for an exchange in Crawley for a long time and my bags are packed and I'm ready to go, but it has been difficult as I wont accept anything without my own garden and am a bit fussy in my old age - although my house is too big for me, I dont want something tiny, so this limits me a bit.
So I am now looking further afield...Hampshire is nice (my sister lives there) and so is Horsham or anywhere on the outskirits of Crawley so I can be near enough to my family in Crawley.
THree Bridges railway station is 5 minutes walk. Tesco superstore is 10 minutes walk. Crawley Town centre is 20 minutes walk but there are regular buses from the station. I'll try and get some photos on here to do it justice, but you could always look at the birdseye veiw on one of those map websites!
So I would be happy to look at a flat, or bungalow or even a smaller 2 bed house with stairs that are less steep! Even a one bedroom house. As long as I have a garden ( I might get myself a little dog) and the nieghbours are nice and quiet (incidentally, mine are)

Any questions, please don't hesitate!
