Hi, would you be interested in a 3 year old, 3 bedroomed semi in rural Warwickshire? You don't say where you're looking for, so thought I'd give it a try. We are approx. 2 miles from the historic town of Warwick, with its magnificent castle, museums, and antique shops. The area is very safe and child-friendly, surrounded by open fields, and woods. We're very close to Leamington Spa. Kenilworth, Stratford On Avon, Coventry, and M40. All shops/schools/doctors etc are in Warwick, but there is a village store here, and a petrol station. There is a regular bus service, and Warwick Parkway railway station is nearby. Hatton Country World is just up the road, and is a great family day out.
The house is 3 bedroomed, bathroom with shower, lounge with archway through to kitchen, separate dining room, downstairs loo. Small front garden, and small (40ftx18ft) back garden, which is fully enclosed with secure 6ft fencing. Off road parking for 2 cars at side of property (all residents have allocated parking). It is very friendly here, but we need a bigger garden, as we have 2 german shepherds, and 4 cats!! Anyway, thanks for reading this, and good luck in your search. Laineyf _________________ laineyf |
