Hi
We have to offer our 3 bed house in Ardersier (Dolphin Bay), a coastal village about 12 miles outside Inverness.. £58 pw rent, £85 pm council tax (inc water in & out).. Nice size front garden, bigger back garden, with two sheds for storage.. We are close to school, park, doctors, chemist, convenience store, post office, bus stop, hairdresser & 2 pubs.. We are looking to move back to Kent for family reasons asap.. We are looking for a direct swap but have also been able to find others to complete a multi swap but are missing a link, we need somebody in Shropshire who'd like to move to Tamworth..OR somebody in Shropshire that would like our house..
