Hi we have a 3 year old, 3 bed semi on a new development in Warwickshire called Hatton Park. The house has 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, lounge with archway through to kitchen, separate dining room, downstairs loo. It has a small front garden, and small (40ftx18ft) back garden, that is fully enclosed with 6 ft, secure fencing. There is off road parking for 2 cars to the side of the property (all residents have allocated parking). The area is very child-friendly, and safe. It is surrounded by open fields, and wooded areas, and there are lovely walks. There is a general village store, and a petrol station, but for supermarkets/restaurants/schools/doctors etc. you have to go into Warwick, which is approx. 2 miles away. There is a regular bus service, and Warwick Parkway railway station is nearby. We are close to Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Stratford upon Avon, Coventry, and the M40. Warwick has the magnificent castle, museums, antique shops, and St. Nicholas Park. Hatton Country World is just up the road, which is a great day out for all the family.
We are looking for somewhere in the rural villages around Stratford-upon-Avon, preferably an older property, with a large garden, as we have 2 german shepherds!! Ideally we would like off-road parking if poss. The garden MUST be enclosed. We would also consider rural villages anywhere, just ask!! We do have pics, room sizes if interested. Must be 3 bedroomed also.
Please be aware: This house is NOT big (new builds rarely are) and the garden IS small. However, it is a lovely place to live, and the neighbours are great!! Many thanks
