Would you consider Telford, shropshire? It's south of Birmingham Smile

I have a 4 bed house over 3 floors. The top floor consisting of a toilet, 2 good sized double bedrooms and a "boxroom/study".

The second landing has 2 more bedrooms ( both good sized doubles) and a bathroom ( with shower and toilet)

The groundfloor has the living room and kitchen along with another toilet.

We also have a garage that is included in the price of the rent.

The only carpet is on the stairs and upstairs landing as we suffer from allergies. The rest of the house is laminate / vinyl flooring.

Will take a 3 or 4 bed property in exchange.
